This collection was part of an exhibit at the United Nations in June of 2013 - “From the Motherland to the Caribbean: Portraits of the African Diaspora in the Spice Isle” © which featured the collection of “Women of the Sun”. Over the years I have recreated these women in thread, paint and now print. Embrace your crown and glory!
